On Wednesday, the managers of CDS had the opportunity to serve at a local non-profit Brent’s Place. There we prepared a meal for the residents and families currently undergoing life-threatening treatments in the Denver Metro area. Meeting Chef Niko and the staff at Brent’s Place gave us an insight into the heartbeat of this organization. Together (some of us that can cook) prepared an amazing chicken bacon alfredo with garlic bread. Later, we did some arts and crafts with a couple of the rockstar residents.
